Mary-Kate’s English School is a world where children can learn to speak, read and write in English – and thoroughly love the process! Children are oblivious to the fact they are working hard and learning.
Maura Hannon is the director at Mary-Kate. Maura grew up in Western Australia, and completed her Undergraduate and Master degrees in Perth and Melbourne. Maura moved to Biel in 2004, is happily married and the proud mother of three kids.
When Maura is not teaching, you can find her playing her violin, and making the many paper models and craft objects you see in classroom. She loves exploring Europe and has a great interest in cooking as well as gardening.
Teachers at Mary-Kate’s love to sit on the floor with the kids, make animal noises, sing silly songs, read lots of stories, paint, craft and play lots of grammar and vocabulary games (But don’t tell the kids they were practicing grammar will you!)
Discover with your kids just how much fun learning a language can be.
